Congratulations goes to Rob Beall for winning City Council District 4 Elections.  Rob Beall won over incumbent Councilwoman Phyllis Wilburn, and James "Jimmy" Lee Hugghins.  For more information on the elections, keep reading below.

City Council and Charter Amendment Elections
City elections for council districts 2 and 4 will be underway starting April 30th.  In Council District 2, incumbent councilman Jeff Smith will run unopposed.  In Council District 4, incumbent councilwoman Phyllis Wilburn will face off against Rob Beall and James "Jimmy" Lee Hugghins.

Early voting will be held at Jacksonville City Hall at normal business hours unless otherwise noted.  The final elections will be held at the Jacksonville Public Library, in conjunction with Cherokee County and J.I.S.D. School Board Elections.

 May 10th Election Day at the Jacksonville Public Library  (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
